I've been trying to get up to the present in "College Roomies from Hell!!!". It's an awesome comic about three guys who get stuck together in the same dorm room, the three girls who are in the dorm next door, a hooker, a psychotic mother, and an obsessive teenager. It's REALLY funny. And the best thing is: It's published every day! That means that I get all the CRFH every day, not just on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Schewa!!!
As far as school goes, I finally have a chance to sit down and talk about it. First things first: I swear, never, ever again will I take 4 killer classes in the same semester I plan to work 20 hours a week. Because of this idiocy, I now have something on the order of 15 hours of homework that I have to do on sunday every week, plus 4 hours every Monday through Wednsday. The problem is that with 12 hours a day allocated to school and work, 4 hours of homework, and 8 hours of sleep (If I plan to be at all effective at work and school), I now have 24 hours of stuff packed into 24 hours. But wait! There's a problem! I need something like 4 consecutive hours of fun time if I have any intent of not going insane!!! Now, I have all of Friday off, so that helps, but unfortunately, that means by the end of Thursday I have 4 days of insanity built up. And let me tell you, I am a very unstable person. 4 days of my normal insanity is kind of like a month of solitary confinement to the average mortal. This means that by the end of the week, I'm trying to make sunny side up eggs with a sledge hammer. It's not a pretty sight. At this rate I can pretty much assume that I will have pulled all of my hair out by the end of the semester. But the good news is that I'll never have to take this particular set of classes ever again.
However...
From what I can tell, there is no change in the difficaulty of my classes between now and when I graduate. After this semester, I'll have only two GE's left to pad my schedule: Principals of Microeconomics and an upper division philosophy class. That means it's going to be specialty classes from here on out, and I don't see any of those classes getting any easier. *SIGH*
Ah well, I guess I'll figure out something before now and when I graduate. Or I won't and it won't matter because the guys with the white coats will come and take me to a place where they don't care what your educational level and experience are... Hopefully no mortians will be involved, but we'll see...
