W007!!!!!

Man visits Mars by proxy once more!

Despite the failure of the Beagle 2 probe, the American made probe Spirit has landed and is transmitting pictures of the martian landscape. Schwea!

As for Kilara and Linarau, Linarau is having trouble coming up with money for pots, and Kilara has taken up fishing. So now I garden and fish, both for cash. The hope is that I'll find some good fishing in town, and be able to fish without endangering my beautiful plants. Ok, so they're really not all that beautiful, but you get the idea.

And as trivial as it may seem, it feels kind of weird being mentioned in the paragraph immediately following a discussion of a man's first guy-guy kiss. It doesn't actually mean anything obviously, as the writing was in a log about someone's week, and he came to my house the day after new years, so it makes logical sense from a chronological sequencing point of view But it's something new and different. But then again, even being mentioned by someone else in a place other than my own site or on the forums is new too. Typically, (by design I might add,) I try and keep to myself. Years of issues in school taught me the value of anonmitity as a form of defense for my absolutely atrotious social skills. Eh, so things are.

But then again, maybe it's all a matter of peers. Most of my lot, as adept as they are with computers, tends to be lazy as all hell. And just don't seem to like doing anything that involves effort, like maintaining a web site, or keeping a blog. And it's not like they don't know how. 70% of them know HTML, 30% know UNIX management, and the rest know who to ask. But right now the only people who I've spent any time with that have a staning web site (that is actually maintained on an interval more frequent than once a month) are Icy and OniAkki. One or two more actually have some kind blog as their only presence on the web, and I was able to coax Spoony, Hobbit, and Cyan into making a website. But most of those go unaffected for months at a time. *Sigh* But I guess that's the way things go when a sloth would call your friends lazy.

I think that's enough rantage for one day, so

See Ya!
